In 2021, FCB was acquired by The Citation Group – a UK based employment law, outsourced HR and WHS business. Since FCB was acquired by The Citation Group, FCB committed to accelerating growth across Australia and New Zealand and in early 2022, made their first acquisition. As of 1 February 2022, FCB acquired QMS Certification Services, a leading provider of assessment and certification services.
